Ordering Information - Wedding
Please fill out the order form below and hit submit.  You may also make a copy of order form and mail it to us.  All orders will be approved by the customer via e-mail or mail prior to production.

Confirmation of your order will be sent to you along with the payment amount due.  You may pay by check, money order or by credit card using PayPal.  Upon receipt of payment, your order will be mailed within seven days.  Orders will be shipped via priority mail.  A shipping confirmation notice will be sent to you via e-mail when your order is shipped.
