It’s Unrealty is a private company owned and operated by Jan & Rob Jolly. We seek out quality real estate for investment that we can then rent out to quality tenants. With the use of our website, our goal to simplify not only your search for rental accommodation in the Calgary area, but also your application process and landlord/tenant relations, should that application be successful. |
Although this site is currently under construction, in the future you will be able to download applications, leases and all forms which you may require during your tenancy. You’ll be able to communicate any and all issues, concerns or questions directly to your property manager and have immediate notification that your queries are being addressed. A guestbook/waiting list will also be available if you wish to be notified of a new listing or should you wish to be considered for a particular unit in the future. We’ll also be providing links and reference information concerning any other area that we think, or you’ve told us, would be of interest to you.
About our rental units…
We won’t buy a place that we wouldn’t be comfortable staying in ourselves. We appreciate space, location, quality, cleanliness and luxuries that we can afford. We expect that our tenants will appreciate the same things and we always keep that in mind when considering a new purchase.
Our rents are set with the market in mind. When setting rents we consult the Market Survey Reports, comparable rental properties in the surrounding area, and our own expenses. We’re not interested in taking advantage of a tenant, or in being taken advantage of.
About our tenants…
Our tenants are responsible, reliable, mature individuals who vary in age, colour, texture and sense of humour. They are gainfully employed with good prospects to remain so. They’ve rented before and have one or two glowing references from previous landlords who were sorry to see them go. They also have a chequeing account with enough cash to cover a security deposit equal to 1 month rent. They understand the importance of interpersonal relationships , and treat their landlord with the same respect and courtesy that they are afforded in return.
