"Nihon Models" June 25, 2005. Sora is a model that I saw in the Japanese fashion magazine, Candy. I had liked most of her modeling shots, and her ability to look so different in depicting different styles; her ability to portray so many versions of beauty. Comments: This is probably the first image posted in this archive that is not strictly anime-style. I was merely scribbling in my sketchbook when I did this and thought I'd try something different. I pulled out some old magazines from Japan and started sketching the people I saw. This is one of the sketches. I think its not too bad, seeing as to how I've never really taken any art classes, and I was just sketching what I saw. I love how defined her eyes are. I like the expression in her body-language as well. Now, I probably should've taken it further then a sketch and added more detail and such, but it's just a sketch, and a pretty good one at that.
