"The Child Inside" February 21, 2004. View the completed cg-image. Eli is a character from my first manga, EverEyes™, written by me~! In the story, Sarah is a mute, shy girl. No one really knows her name, or much else anything about her, but they started calling her "Sarah" when she began to respond to this name (you have to read the manga to see). ***BONUS INFO*** In the manga, almost every character represents a person in real life. Little Sarah constantly appears around the main character Kuri, and seems to be mysteriously watching her. Being this sort of "mute shadow", Sarah represents the child inside of me. Comments: I actually drew this picture a while ago, but since I've been in the process of transferring to a new laptop, I haven't exactly had time to scan. In this picture I wanted to capture the innocent, childlike happiness inside her, so I drew her smiling with this little Mogget-sama (the cat). I think one day I may colour this and use this for one of the chapter images in the manga. It took me about half and hour to draw, and 2 seconds to clean up. Haha. THere was a little bit of her face construction that I didn't really like, like her eyelids and such that I fixed in the finished CG-image.
