DREAMING OF IRELAND
Through your eyes I would like to see,
the irish mist rolling across the sea.
Walks in Dunlaoghaire, hand in hand,
Nights of loving in the sand.
Swept away in a tidewave of love and passion,
Looks of devotion and compassion.
Each bringing a smile to the other's face,
We laughed, and dreamed of our time and place.
It's sad that we are so far apart,
making it difficult for us to start.
I adore you and think about you all the time..
I dream of the day your arms I'll find.
Reading each other's ways and thoughts,
Finding the soulmate for which we sought.
