These are some of my current faves in my collection, I have a half dozen more guitars, but these are my main players and see the most use. BTW, ignore the fingerprints ;) More specs and details below
Ibanez RG550BK
Ibanez Rg7620VK
Parker Fly Classic in red trans. Mohogany
Ibanez Jem custom in tung-oil finish with custom inlay.

Details about the above guitar: 1st is the Ibanez RG550 BK after deciding that maple fretboards are too bright for my liking, I opted to swap the neck from my old RG570 on to it and put in a Dimarzio Tone Zone in the bridge slot. The 550 has the original Edge trem setup and the neck was refretted with Dunlop 6100's and the last 4 frets were scalloped. Standard 5 way toggle switch wiring with coil splits in the 2 and 4 positions and full on humbucking in 1 and 5 with the 3 slot being the middle p/up only. This is one of my favorites
The Ibanez RG7620VK: VK stands for Vampire Kiss denoting the color. this is another fave for 2 reasons, 7 strngs and fully scalloped neck. The pups are the TZ-7 in the bridge and Blaze 7 in the neck. I went with a little more versitile switching system here using 1 bridge only 2 Neck and bridge parallel, 3 Neck only (hum) 4 neck and bridge split mode and 5 neck only coil tap. In this config I can access some sounds not commonly found on these instruments I also swapped out the volume and tone knobs with old anesthesia machine O2 and Nitrous knobs ;) Also, this was my 1st ever brand new never owned before guitar..unfortunately the market for 7 strngs dropped out and what I initially paid, I Could have bought 3 of the same guitar for now. Such is life
Parker Fly Classic in Translucent Candy apple red over mahogony: The fly is an innovative instrument and weighs in at 5 Lbs using a carbon fibre composite laminate for the neck over a basswood core and baked on stainless steel frets, makes this one of the most stable instruments in the world. Humidity has no effect on playablilty. Also using magnetic and piezo elements, you can derrive a wide variety of sounds from this axe, unfortunately it has a tendancy to sound a tad thin, so I have opted to barter this for a Custom Ibanez UV7BK. which is being set up by LGM guitars
Finally, the Ibanez project that took me over 2 years to finish with the help of some great people and a LOT of patience. this started life as an Ibanez Jem555bk which i won on Ebay for $200.00 Problem being that the body had some serious flaws that would not allow it to remain in tune. upon its arrival, I tore it down to see if a fix was possible. It wasn't, so I commsioned the body to be made out of Alder by a con-man whom I won't name at this time. the body took 6 mos to complete and it was not done right, so, I spoke with Eddie Kolesar of EKG guitars and he offered to repair the flaws in the body.of which you can see in this folder. I also wanted a full inlay, as the original only went to the 12th fret So I had Jeremy of LGM do the inlay for me and it is featured on his site, also installed is Dunlop 6105 Fretwire and stock Dimarzio Evolutions in the normal 5 way configuration. this guitar plays amazingly now and is quickly moving up in the ranks as a No 1 Favorite player.
