Curriculum Vitae
Since 2007, I have worked as an IT Technician for a secondary school in Essex. This position has given me experience both as a System Administrator of a one-and-a-half-thousand user Windows network and in diagnosing and curing faults with desktop PC systems.
From 2003 to 2007 I studied towards a B-Eng Computer Engineering degree and graduated with a '2:2'.
Immediately prior to university I completed a three-year electronics apprenticeship. During this time I completed several engineering courses including a BTEC National Certificate; as well as carrying out tasks such as electronic fault finding, electrical maintenance, simple computer programming and some other IT-based tasks.
I now wish to move into a more advanced IT position. As well my experience as a Windows network administrator, I am also a proficient Linux user and am capable of simple program/script writing in a number of programming languages.
