She nutured you and loved you every way she knew how,
She stood behind you through all of your sad days
You knew you could count on her to always comfort you,
You felt her presence in so many different ways.
If you got hurt or something scared the wits out of you,
She would hold you close and hug you til the tears dried.
When something tore away at your heart, she was there,
And when you cried your heart out, she also cried.
You might not have know it, but you comofted her too,
By giving her unconditional love and needing her each day.
Then when the time came and she knew it was best for you,
She helped you to spread your wings and you flew away.
The lovely lady that you cherished might not be here today,
But the things she instilled in you will never fade away.
Lonliness sometimes makes you fell as though you're empty,
You would sell your soul to have her one more day.

Christmas was fund and now I wish it was back
cos it was the last one we would ever have.
I am sad for my children, your grandchildren
for they will never again be 'going to see nanny'

I will take them outside and show them nanny will be the bright star in the sky.

You've been my inspirataion for nigh on eight years
