Swedish Meatballs
500grams mince 1 onion cream cornflour breadcrumbs Milk oil egg Soy Sauce - if needed Cranberry Sauce
Add 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs to quarter cup of milk and allow to soak. Dice up the onion and mix into the mince along with the egg and the milk/breadcrumb mixture. Roll up into balls and fry in the oil until brown - do this until all mixture is used, keep cooked balls in a warm bowl in the oven.
scrap whats on the bottom of pan and put into saucepan add a teaspoon of cornflour and a small amount of the cream and make a paste, when this is down add rest of cream and if necessary add some soy sauce. warm this til thick sauce and then pour over meatballs and mix together.
Serve with boiled potatoes and cranberry sauce.
