Question: Pink, how do you think your new album is different from the others? :)
Pink: It's a lot more versatile. Instead of it being producer-driven, it's completely artist-driven. I had a lot more control.

AOLiveMC21: OK. Here is our next one:
Question: Hey, Pink, my name is Samantha. First, I just wanna tell you that you are my role model! I really look up to and admire you. I hope to see you live. My question is, what is your fav song on your new album and why? Mine is 'Family Portrait.' Thanks, Pink, you ROCK!
Pink: Thank you so much! I have to agree with you. They are all very personal, but 'Family Portrait' is definitely one of my favorites.

Question: What is the craziest rumor you have ever heard about yourself?
Pink: That I'm a man. They said, look at her stomach muscles; she's a man! That cracked me up!

Question: Hi, OMG, you are so talented and wonderful!!! Do you know if your new record hit number one? I bought it, I love it!!!
Pink: I have no idea, but thank you very, very, very much!

Question: Hey, Pink, which video did you most enjoy making? Sam, London.
Pink: Probably the new one, 'Get the Party Started,' but 'There You Go' was fun too.

Question: Where did you get the inspiration for 'Just Like a Pill' and 'Don't Let Me Get Me'? 'Cuz they seem like personal songs, especially 'Don't Let Me Get Me' (well, the whole album seems very personal, and it's really good).
Pink: For 'Just Like a Pill,' basically I'm just comparing a bad guy to a bad drug. For 'Don't Let Me Get Me,' I tend to get on my own nerves a lot. I was joking in the studio and told everyone I needed a vacation from myself.

Question: Kaitlyn: How did you start your career? How did you get the name Pink? Is it easy learning new dances? I am your biggest fan!
Pink: Pink was just my nickname from when I was a kid. I was discovered singing in a hip-hop club in Philly. Dancing for me is really fun, and I've always been the ultimate club kid, so sometimes.

AOLiveMC21: Our next question is also from Kids Only:
Question: Dylan: How long do you guys practice before a concert?
Pink: If we are learning new material, probably two days.

Question: Is the new song you made a remix from an ‘80s song?
Pink: No, it's not. It's original.

Question: Pink, how does it feel to work with Janet Jackson?
Pink: It felt great to work with Janet. I've always admired her. She's one of the sweetest artists I've ever met.

Question: Hi, Pink! I am a huge fan of yours. I have a couple questions for you tonight. If you were stranded on a desert island with three CDs, which ones would they be and why? Also, if you could be the manager of a pop band, who would you choose and why?
Pink: The three CDs is a hard one. Bob Marley, Lauryn Hill and Bill Joel's 'Greatest Hits.' Incubus, because I have a crush on Brandon.

Question: Hi, I'm a big fan. How long does it take to do your hair in the morning? I love your hair, but do you?
Pink: It depends if I have to do the color. If I do, then usually about an hour and a half. I love hair!

Question: Elizabeth: Pink, your new CD is awesome!!! I love 'Get This Party Started'! My question is, which do you prefer, dancing or singing?
Pink: Singing. If I had to choose, it would be singing.

Question: What would you like as a gift this holiday season?
Pink: Unconditional love. And for my puppy to learn how to obey me.

Question: What is the strangest gift you ever received?
Pink: The strangest gift I ever received was probably a piece of someone's hair.

Question: What inspired you to write 'Dear Diary' and 'My Vietnam'?
Pink: I'm not really sure about 'Dear Diary.' I was sitting in a lounge chair with a bullet microphone, and Linda started playing the guitar, and I just closed my eyes and started singing. 'My Vietnam' was my dad, and basically just relating the everyday struggle to fighting a war, trying to fit in, fighting racism, sexism, ageism.

Question: Who are some of the people you worked with on the new album? And you're hoooooooootttttttttttt!!!
Pink: Thank you. Steven Tyler from Aerosmith, Linda Perry, Dallas Austin, Damon Elliott, Scratch from the Roots, Scott Storch.

Question: How did you feel when you were asked to do the remake of 'Voulez-Vous Coucher Avec Moi'?
Pink: Excited. I love playing dress-up. I thought working with the three girls would be really cool.

Question: Can you explain how you came up with the title 'Missundaztood'?
Pink: Basically because there is just no understanding. I have always felt misunderstood, and I think we all are.

Question: When do you plan on going on tour, and who are going to be your opening acts?
Pink: As early as March or April -- maybe I'll have Madonna open for me. :)

Question: Do you think you will be doing this for a long time?
Pink: For as long as I possibly can.

Question: What do you have to be thankful for this holiday?
Pink: So much. Life. Not my brother's puppy, that's for sure. Life, love, health, success and my family.

Pink: Well, green is my favorite color.

Question: How are you today, and where are you going for Thanksgiving?
Pink: I'm actually doing really good, thank you for asking. I am in Oklahoma City visiting my brother and his dog.

Question: OK, so I've been wondering like crazy all day how you got your hair the way it is. My hair is long and brownish/blondish, and it's very plain/preppy. And I am a prep, so that's OK, but I need a change!
Pink: Bleach it like crazy. Have fun with colors.

Question: What is the tattoo on the inside of your thigh? 'Cuz I've heard a lot of rumors and wanna find out for the info page on my Pink site.
Pink: I'd love to hear the rumors. It says "Pink."

Pink: 'Imagine' by John Lennon.

Pink: My happiest memory is probably my dad singing me to sleep when I was a baby.

Question: What was the best part in your latest video that you liked?
Pink: It was probably the shower scene. I got to act really stupid and goofy!

Pink: Probably a little bit of both. It definitely makes me feel useful.

Question: I would like to know, how was it growing up for Pink?
Pink: Growing up was confusing. I was really into music and really bad at school.

Question: Hey, Pink. I just want to say I absolutely love your sense of style. I was wondering, do you come up with the things you wear, or do you have a stylist that puts the outfits together for you?
Pink: A little bit of both. I usually make my clothes about five minutes before the show.

Question: Who do you hate the most in the music world?
Pink: I don't hate anybody, because no one will get that much energy from me.

Question: Hey, Pink, do you have a say in what goes on in your videos? If so, break-dancing would make them a ton better. I know it's hard to conceive such a concept of your videos being better, but more break-dancing in them would do it. Thanks and good luck.
Pink: I definitely have control in everything I do. Me and Dave Myers come up with the treatments. I appreciate that and will take that into consideration.

Question: Pink, you are so cool! Do you think you will ever go to Florida to perform?
Pink: Definitely. I'm going to go everywhere I can!

Question: You have a forever fan in Bmt tx who dyed her hair pink Friday just to celebrate the new album. I love you both. What was the weirdest thing that has ever happened to you?
Pink: The weirdest thing that has ever happened to me? I don't think I can tell you, so let's go with the second weirdest. My school called me to come back and speak to the students after they kicked me out.

Question: Hey, Pink. I love you soooooo much!!! I just wanted to know what was it like recording 'Missundaztood'?
Pink: It was the most magical experience of my entire life. It was spontaneous and inspiring.

Question: What was your motivation for your latest produced song, 'Get This Party Started'?
Pink: Just wanted to have fun and forget life for a while.
