An independant applicant is considered as someone who falls under the next three points:

1.  He/she is not supported by relatives in Canada.

2.  He/she does not have a valid job offer from and employer in Canada.
(Working Class)

3.  He/she has not applied with the main purpose of starting a business project upon landing.
