It does not matter who you are. It does not matter how you came to be here. What matters is that you've been gifted with a choice... a choice that could very easily be your undoing; could make you or break you with one word: Azza or Kusheth. The two islands have been at war since mankind had been erased and horses had risen up to take control of the lands. The one is a city, sky scrapers and glass, draped now in vines and moss and trees and grass. The horses there are built around courtiers and dangerously wicked tendencies. The are sly and witty, and sharper from the forced adaption of city-life. Kusheth is more rural, sporting only a few buildings dotting the coast and the denizens are regal and refined, although more typical wild horses.
No one really knows how it started, no one really knows why it started, but, its a solid fact after thirty years of the horse domination. Azza, being the larger, seeks to invade and take over the smaller isle of Kusheth, which is not something that those of Kusheth want to happen. The city dwellers might be more prone to violence, but they are at a disadvantage, raised in alley ways and broken buildings and not used to fighting in the natural settings and vice versa. They've come to a deadlock in the recent years except for a few skirmishes and kidnappings here and there as leaders of both sides look to raise their status in the eyes of their Rulers.
So it has come to this. Your choice. Will you become a sleek city dancer or will you run free and unfettered through the wilds? Both are dangerous, both have points in their favor... but one thing is very, very certain.
