For all you seafood lovers out there, this recipe gives you 3 favorites in one meal! It has shrimp, scallops and lobster in a sherry cream sauce that will just tantalize your tastebuds! Not a "diet" dish, but you can also check out my recipe make-over below for a diet friendly version!

WEIGHT WATCHERS SEGMENT
Be sure to check out the new recipes with points in the weight watchers segment. Recipes recently added include Seafood Casserole, Apple-Cinnamon Bread Pudding, Eggplant Caponata Pockets, Artichoke Dip, and Waldorf Salad. I would love to hear feedback, comments, suggestions, and thanks in advance!

IN THE KITCHEN ~ WITH MOM is my first cookbook!! It was printed in December 1999. It is a collection of 173 recipes that I have developed and acquired over the years from family and friends. All the recipes featured in "Recipe of the Month" come from the book. The book has been reprinted, and is now available for $19.95, which includes shipping and handling.
