SIX ONION SOUP WITH GORGONZOLA

WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE! It's so good to see you again. Stay a while and Lets

My daughter Laura and I were visiting North Conway, NH in the fall of 1999 and had lunch at a restaurant called "Horsefeathers". Their featured soup that day was SIX ONION SOUP WITH GORGONZOLA, and it was delicious. I copied down all the ingredients from the menu, and came up with this recipe which is pretty close to what we had that day! It's quite different from French Onion Soup....it's made with a chicken broth base instead of beef broth. And the gorgonzola cheese melts into the soup rather than on top. I can't say that I like it better than French Onion, but I certainly like it as well! Try it and let me know what you think!!

IN THE KITCHEN ~ WITH MOM is my first cookbook!! It was printed in December 1999. It is a collection of 173 recipes that I have developed and acquired over the years from family and friends. All the recipes featured in "Recipe of the Month" come from the book. The book has been reprinted, and is now available for $19.95, which includes shipping and handling.

WEIGHT WATCHERS SEGMENT

There's a new look to the weight watchers section starting this month. That segment is growing, and needed better navigation so that recipes will be easier to find. I have now indexed all the recipe categories, (and I thought I would be less busy
after the Holidays...silly me) and I think you will find it much more user friendly! I would love to hear feedback, comments, suggestions, and thanks in
