youre going to want to put the encoding to SHIFT-JIS. there isnt much japanese. and its probably becuase i cant type much japanese on my american computer. so it would be hard to update everything. yeah this page is in english but wtf, theres japanese in it. though you COULD view this site without it becuase maybe 1% of the entire text base is japanese there are still somethings that would look pretty damn wierd ya know.
