  Objectives:
 

I.T. Project Implementation is one of the important areas in the I.T. industry today. Lacking of the understanding of IT nature and ignoring some critical tasks, many of big IT projects were not successfully implemented.

This course is mainly focused on a fundamental practice in IT implementation project. The basic understanding and nature of IT project will be introduced. The implementation practices and case studies will be given to the attendants according to the lecturers� core experiences and knowledge. Various management practices, from project management, training to change management, will be introduced. At the end of the course, the attendants will be able to utilize and apply the experimental learning to the real life work.
