Teacher
training
Is the academic curriculum as effective as possible?
Does the assessment procedure reflect the curriculum?
Is the curriculum being implemented effectively?
Are teaching standards continually improving?
Does the department have a teacher development programme?
Is morale high and teacher turnover low?
Can you afford to ignore the opportunity to improve and
develop?
If the answer to some of these questions is “no” it is likely that
your department would benefit from our help in supervising and implementing an
evaluation of the curriculum content and provision to enable teachers to develop
awareness and skills to perform effectively.
