Materials:
Some ground bloomers
A pair of pliers
Endplugs, you can use an adhesive or other methods.
Optional: A powder of your choice.
Step 1: Take the ground bloom and sqeeze it with your pliers. Make sure that you only sqeeze the contents and not the already made endplugs on the top.
Step 2: After you have removed all of the contents. You can either put the powder that came from the ground bloom and mix it an put it back in, or, you can add your own comp.
Step 3: Plugs the other end, if you use a glue then put in some tissue first then plug it up with glue. I have found that simple elmers glue works well.
