I found these out when I ran out of real tubes, but they work good.
Materials:
1 coat hanger with the paper tube wrapped around the hanger, you can get these from the cleaners.
An explosive comp.
Hot glue ( if you do not have any you can use other glues)
Fuse
Step 1: Take the paper tube tube off the hanger by cutting the wire with wire cutters.
Step 2: Cut the tubes in 2 inch lengths.
Step 3: Make a hot glue plug for one end.
Step 4: Fill with comp
Step 5: Add fuse
Step 6: Put hot glue around the rest of the inside of the tube.
Step 7: Light.
Effects: similar to a m-80 or other salute.
