This is very lame but here it goes you need
A 4in by 4in piece of aluminum foil
A lot of match heads
Some sparkler powder.
Make a ball out of the foil with an opening at the top, then fill it full of match heads and sparkler powder, fill completely, add 3in visco. Wrap with layer of any tape except scotch tape. You must have tape to keep it together. Now hold in hand(I know most will say this reckless) and light then throw it in the air as high as you possibly can. The effect will be like a small mortar shell, only this will have costed you under 99 cents.
