The Ithaca ASL Club is an informal conversation practice and social
group for people in Ithaca and the surrounding areas who are interested
in using American Sign Language. The group meets in Ithaca twice a

Each
year, nearly 100,000 people visit the Cornell Lab of Ornithology,
in the Johnson Center for Birds and Biodiversity, located in beautiful
Sapsucker Woods Sanctuary, Ithaca, New York. They have open captioned
movie about the birds at the auditorim. A large indoor window
with view of a small lake for bird watching. You can see ducks,
birds and several small animals. There are several beautiful scenic
walking trails for bird watching. Early morning or late afternoon
best time to vist, birds come for feeding time. You need to bring
your own lunch and drinks. If you want a hearing guide "listen"
for the bird calls outside and show you where it is. Call to request
for a guide.

parking is at the far end of the driveway, past the main entrance,
near the woods. If you walk back to the front entrance, under the
portico, you will see signs directing you to the meeting room.

The Golden Access Passport is a lifetime entrance pass to national
parks, monuments, historic sites, recreation areas, and national wildlife
refuges that charge an entrance fee. The Golden Access Passport admits
the pass signee and any accompanying passengers in a private* vehicle
if a park has a per vehicle entrance fee. Where a per person entrance
fee is charged, the Golden Access Passport admits the pass signee,
spouse, and children.

1. Go to any National Park Service facility that charges an entrance
fee.
2. Show proof of medically determined disability and eligibility
for receiving benefits under federal law.
3. You will receive your Golden Access Passport, free of charge.
