| Circle K is the largest college-level community service organization in the world with over 12,000 members and 500 clubs! Circle K isn't just about community service. It's an organization that is able to create fellowship and develop leadership skills in its members through service. |

| The Kiwanis Family |
| Circle K is part of the Kiwanis Family, which consists of Kiwanis, Circle K, Key Club, Builders Club, K-Kids, and Aktion Club. Kiwanis sponsors youth clubs such as Circle K, Key Club, and Builders Club all over the world.. As a family, these organizations work together to perform community service and grow as citizens and leaders. |
| The Different Levels of Circle K |
| Members: Well, at the base of Circle K is the members. The members hold together this wonderful organization with their enthusiasm and dedication to service. Club Officers: Next are the club officer positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Editor. The President may appoint club committee chairs if necessary. District Board of Officers: The New York District Board has several committee chairs, and they include: Awards, Club Building, Conventions and Conferences, Kiwanis Family, Laws and Regulations, Marketing, Membership Development and Education, On-To-International Convention, Program Development, and Sunshine. On the next level are the 9 Lieutenant Governors who oversee the clubs in the 9 divisions of NYD Circle K. For example, we are a part of the Southern Tier Division, the largest division in the New York District! Our division consists of Ithaca College, Cornell University, Hartwick College, SUNY Binghamton, SUNY Cortland, and Elmira College. This year, the Lieutenant Governor in charge of all of these clubs in our division is Nicole Costanzo from Hartwick College. Above the Lieutenant Governors is the NYD Executive Board of Officers, which consists of the District Governor, District Secretary, District Administrative Secretary, District Treasurer, and District Editor. All of hese positions are chosen through election or appointment around the time of District Convention. International Board of Officers: There are several International Trustees who oversee a few Districts throughout the world. Above this position, there is the International President and Vice President. |
