About Baby Shower
Baby Shower is some kind of a social tradition in the United States, it is sort of a celebration of a baby's impending arrival and usually celebrated during the last trimester of a pregnancy. The celebration is either celebrated privately among family members only or socially with friends . During the celebration, they would be food served, games played but the highlight would be the unwrapping of gifts usually presented to the 'Parents to be', from their party guests. Gifts are mostly of baby wear or other baby stuff. Maybe Mom and Dad would get some as well, mostly items that they would need to have when the baby is born hahaha.

Indeed it was my first experience of having a baby shower before the baby is even born. I am so used to the tradition back in my homecountry where celebration as such would be held only after the baby is born, usually when the baby is one month old . Well, for me it was fun to be part of these new kind of tradition. Me and Jeff had so much fun unwrapping gift,. mostly from Jeff's mom. Well, being first time parents to be at that time, we surely needed all the baby stuff in the world hahaha.
