CREAM CHEESE WONTONS
�The Whack*A*Doo Chef


INGREDIENTS:
~1 pkg. square wonton wrappers, found with the fresh pasta�s at your super market
~1 pkg. Cream cheese
~a bowl of cold water
~peanut or vegetable oil

HOW TO:
*Take one wonton wrapper and place about a tablespoon of cream cheese in the center. 

*Fold bottom corner up to make a triangle. 

*Seal the edges with a little bit of water on your fingertip. 

*Fold up the other two corners forming a pouch and seal the corners with water. 

*The package of wonton wrappers should have folding instructions. 

*Once the wontons are folded and ready drop into hot oil.

[IT! TIP: keep one wrapper to test the oil to make sure it�s hot enough, the won tons should immediately start to bubble and float to the top.] 

*Remove the wontons from the oil onto a paper towel when they are golden brown. 

*Make sure you let the wontons cool slightly before you serve them because the cheese gets really hot. 

*Serve with your favorite Asian dipping sauce.  I suggest plum sauce.
