It has long been the contention of this author that liberalism is evil to the core.  This contention, however accurate, until recently has been hard to prove. I shall start this article with a simple syllogism and then move onto a shocking comparison.

A.  Hitler was evil.

B.  Hitler was a socialist

C.  Evil people produce evil tainted ideologies

D.  Liberalism is just a new sneaky word for Socialism

Concussion: Liberalism is “Evil”

The following is from the 25 points of the NSDAP Program composed by Adolf Hitler and Anton Drexler. They were publicly presented on 24 February 1920. In the following article items appearing in Italics are quotes from Hitler. The other items are ConservativeCommentary.

We demand therefore:
11. The abolition of incomes unearned by work.

You won’t hear liberals cotton to this idea in public but you can see the out-croppings of this ideology in their public policy.

1. The death tax - inheritance is income it is unearned therefore liberals tax the hell out it.
2. Capital Gains – Liberals believe that money earned in investment is actually “unearned”. The less time it takes you to make it, the less earned it is. That’s why profits from investments held less than twelve months are hit at %28 instead of %20.

13. We demand the nationalization of all businesses which have been formed into corporations (trusts).

14. We demand profit-sharing in large industrial enterprises.

Is this like a license to have lawsuits against “Big Tobacco."  Profit sharing on a national level enforced by liberal courts.

15. We demand the extensive development of insurance for old age.

Sounds like SSI to me, another corrupt money grab by the federal government. (P.S. if you were to save 7 ½ percent of your income from the time you started working till around the age 55 at 10 percent return you would retire a millionaire.)

17. We demand a land reform suitable to our national requirements, the passing of a law for the expropriation of land for communal purposes without compensation.

Isn’t the EPA operating on liberal ideal? Doesn’t the EPA confiscate land it feels isn’t being used properly. Like farms where farmers want to raise crops rather then endangered field mice.

18. We demand the ruthless prosecution of those whose activities are injurious to the common interest. Common criminals, usurers, profiteers, etc., must be punished with death, whatever their creed or race.

Notice that profiteers (Conservative Capitalists) and usurers (credit card companies) should be punished with death. How many times to we hear Tom Daschle complain about big business ruining the world.

20. The State must consider a thorough reconstruction of our national system of education . . . The curricula of all educational establishments must be brought into line with the requirements of practical life. The aim of the school must be to give the pupil, beginning with the first sign of intelligence, a grasp of the nation of the State (through the study of civic affairs).

The Liberals have already done this to our schools. Prior to Roosevelt students in schools were given classes on “Logical Thinking”, “Latin” and of course “The Bible”. However such things are considered un-useful to the modern liberal. True the average high school graduate today can’t form a linear thought or spell syllogism, let alone use one. Also we do know Latin is a dead language, in spite of the fact it forms more than 50% of English. Why learn the bible in school, what possible good can come from students learning that “Murder is wrong” or “God loves them.”

24. We demand freedom for all religious denominations in the State, provided they do not threaten its existence not offend the moral feelings of the German race.

This is interesting especially in light of the fact that LBJ used the IRS to silence Texas churches, which did not support his bid for congress.  Today pastors are threatened with the loss of their tax exemption if they speak out on political issues. Increasingly we see the erosion of once moral issues into political issues. Murdering babies for convenience, once a moral issue, is now a political issue meaning pastors who speak out against it are threatened with audits.

The leaders of the Party promise to work ruthlessly -- if need be to sacrifice their very lives -- to translate this programme into action.

In a country that was made great by its constitutional democracy it is ironically sad to see democracy as the thing that may well ruin us. If we don’t check the expansion of radical liberalism I fear we are headed for a tragic end. Don’t forget Adolph Hitler was elected by majority vote.
