Under the Illinois Labor Relations Act we are fully protected in the exercise of our rights to organize. Acts of harassment, coercion and intimatidation are violations of state law constituting an Unfair Labor Practice. The IEA will provide us with the legal services necessary to ensure that this law is followed. |
