St. Andrew's Church, Little Harbour East

The first Church in Little Harbour was built in 1901 and was located on the cemetery property. At that time it was part of the Harbour Buffett Parish, but it later became part of the Whitbourne Parish. Reverend Shorter was the first minister of this Church.

In September 1966, land was cleared for the building of a new church.

The first service in the new building, held on October 15,1967, was led by The Reverend E.House. The Service deconsecrated the old building and consecrated the new. Archbishop Legge officiated at this ceremony. At that time, the congregation was part of the Parish of Arnold's Cove. In 1990, Little Harbour joined with Chance Cove and Fairhaven to become one parish.

Today, it has become a member of the Parish of the Holy Spirit with 51 families and a regular attendance of 15-20 worshippers each Sunday.
