| Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) organizes International Seminar on Taxation (Istax) every year to promote bilateral relationship among the participating countries. |
| The International Seminar on Taxation was first introduced in 1968. Apart from that the purpose of this seminar is also to enhance the profesionalism in the area of taxation among developing countrie and to create understanding among them. |
| In the year 2003 Istax was also organized in the HAIC. The Hachioji International Centre (HAIC) is one of the JICA centre in Japan located in the hill top near Asa River and Komiya Park. |
| We extend our deepest gratitude to Government of Japan, JICA, Japan International Cooperation (JICE), National Tax Agency (NTA), National Tax College (NTC) and HAIC for their continous effort to develop bilateral relation among |
