Decompress the folder. Then try to install the file Trquime.msi
If you did not could installing Tarquime.msi;
it means that you don't have .NET FRAMEWORK 2
You can download this component
by clicking here (you need to be connected to the Internet)
After downloading the above file (.NET FRAMEWORK), install it.
Try again to install Tarquime.msi
After the installation go to the folder containing the application and send et shortcut of
Tarquime.exe to the desktop You are recommended to restart your computer

Its also recommended to open the help files from the folded and not from the application
in order to use less of memory
