Who we are?

ISOQuant Technology was born as a global project, bringing together a small group of professionals with different skills and diverse backgrounds that share a common vision and values. We believe in personal contribution and a deep sense of commitment to what we do. We believe that innovation and curiosity are the engines that drive growth. It is by stressing these values that we can guarantee the quality of our work and the service we provide to our customers. Finally, we seek to bring objective, impartial know-how to bear on technology problems, so our customers can be safe in the knowledge that our overriding priority is to arrive at the best solution for each client and their particular set of requirements.

What we do

Keeping up-to-date with all the latest technological advances is an uphill struggle. However, being able to differentiate between technologies that can give your organisation a clear competitive advantage or simplify time-consuming and over-complicated business processes requires a real effort. This is precisely where we feel we can make a genuine difference and bring added value to the table. We share a passion for technology but are fully aware that it is just a means to an end: the key is to understand the issues in hand and analyse how technology can best be used to arrive at a solution.

Who owns/Chairman?

Shirdi SaiBaba

What is the role of the Chairman?

It is to be the ultimate saint/god/guru of society. It is not that he does it all; His blessings and the labours in the company cause the company to achieve.

What is the purpose of the company?

It is to give back to society what it has earned from society.

What is our(Employees) role?

One of the notable things about ISOQuant Technology is the shareholding pattern. It allows us to do the right things in the right way with an eye on the long term. Its a private and unlisted company, but will be a listed. We get up and go to work every morning, fighting to get every single extra rupee or dollar of profit to the extent of our influence or position. We do this because those two-thirds of the extra dollar go to charity. After we are gone, when we finally go to saima, we may have something to say for ourselves and that is a help! We wish all our business could adopt one or other of the trusteeship models.
