The idea of taming the savage beast with music was applied in therepy sessions with diasterous results.
Even though the doctor's experiments had many problems the doctor was not about to quit. He found the patients to be gifted musicians and wanted to find a way to successful record this music. The problem was that the patients could produce wonderful music but the actual production of music would overwhelm the patients leading to riot, murder, suicide and worse.
The doctor decided that the only solution was to isolate the patients from the actual music they were creating. To do this he developed helmets to block out all outside stimuli. When he put the group together with the helmets and hit the record button on the tape recorder history was made.
The group will be releasing a CD of their work in September 2005. The CD will be sold through cdbaby. Downloads will also be available from itunes.
