THE 7th INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CARTOON ZAGREB 2002 A. PARTICIPATION The organizer of the 7th International festival of cartoon ZAGREB 2002. is the Croatian Cartoonist Association. The festival is opened for everyone regardless of nationality, age, sex, or profession. B. THEME CAMERAS READY ? OK, SHOOT ! ( TV, film, photography, paparazzi, spies, CD, radio, tape ... ) C. ENTRIES Conditions of entry: 1. All entries must be original cartoons. Framed works, also, will not be accepted. 2. Entries can be either black and white or coloured. 3. There should be the name, the surname and the address on the reverse side of cartoons. 4. Maximum 3 entries will be submitted. 5. Maximum size of entries is A3 format (30 x 40 cm) D. DEADLINE: Entry deadline is the 9th of May 2002. E. ADDRESS HRVATSKO DRUSTVO KARIKATURISTA - CROATIAN CARTOONIST ASSOCIATION BOGOVIÆEVA 1/4 10000 ZAGREB / CROATIA Please write ‘PRINTED MATTER – NO VALUE’. F. PRIZES AND AWARDS Gold Medal: 500 EUR, Silver medal: 200 EUR, Bronze Medal: 100 EUR, Five Special mentions G. EXHIBITION The exhibition will take place in the gallery of the concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski on the 19st of June 2002. H. OTHER CONDITIONS Authors of works that qualify to the exibition are given a presentation copy of the exibition cataloque. The works will be returned only on the special request of an author. The postage (5 EUR) will be paid by author. The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent to the festival, ZAGREB 2002, as the advertising material without being obliged to pay a fee to an author whose work may be used.The prize-winning works become property of the organizer. |
