participants: diploma for each selected artist. One Disk-Catalogue for each award obtainer Interesting cartoons will be exhibited via internet to the wholeworld. winners prizes: famous brand and top brand prizes for top-quality works  1st: prize equ. about US$1000, 2nd, 3rd: prize equ. about US$300, (top brands:Aigner, R.L., C.D.,Faconnable,etc)
more prizes depends on the quality of cartoons submitted 
the previous contests firstofall planned to offer 10 prizes,
eventually, more than 50 prizes. (famous-brand or high-price prizes, ..) were sent to winners ,some of them are , faconnable, R. Lauran, etc..ç
