After the winners have been chosen,their winning cartoons will be put up in the prizes section.

PARTICIPATION 
The contest is open to everyone over 8 years of age. By the simple fact of participating all contestants accept the conditions and provisions of these regulations and agree to abide by decisions of the jury. 
THEME 
„All around the pumpkin“...there are no limits for your fantasy. Take people,objects, activities or events, it´s up to you... 
ENTRIES 
Maximum 5 entries. Must be original cartoons; in black & white or in colour.Must be sent either flat and not folded or not folded and rolled in a hard case. 
Remark: The entries (dimensions, number, etc.) and the registration form (signature, date of birth). which do not comply with the articles mentioned above will not be taken into consideration for the international competition. 
DIMENSIONS OF THE CARTOONS 
- Min. 21 cm x 30 cm (A4) 
- Max. 30 cm x 42 cm (A3) 
Cartoons already under glass, framed or on other materials than paper will not be eligible for the competition.. 
ENTRY FORM 
Your participation will only be taken into account if your entry form carries your date of birth as well as your signature. On the entry form you should put some brief personal data for the catalogue and the archives. Postage must be paid by the participants. 
PROPERTY RIGHTS 
By the fact of taking part in the contest the participants empower the organizing association to make use of their entries for promotional use (catalogue, book, publicity in the press and other media,posters, folders,calender, official gifts by the organizing association). 
JURY 
Among the entries, the jury makes a selection for exhibition and appoints the prize winners. 
ADMISSION TO THE EXHIBITION & DURATION 
Upon presentation of the receipt of their entries, all contestants will be admitted to the exhibition without charge. The exhibition takes place from Sept 7th to Oct. 13th 2002. 
PROPERTY OF THE ORGANIZING ASSOCIATION 
All entries will become property of the organizing association. 
CATALOGUE 
Every participant, whose entries are published in the catalogue will recieve a copy of the catalogue.
