| Dear cartoonist, Please participate in the Cartoon-Biennale „Grafikatur" 2002 of the town of Lübben sending us 3 cartoons maximum (without text), and would you also pass on this invitation to cartoonists of your choise. Subject: Wast and garbage Dimension of the cartoons: A5 or A4 or A3 (black and white or coloured) Please submit: Originals or copies with sender´s address on the back. All cartoons will be kept in the archives of the town Lübben. Closing date: 30 May, 2002 Exhibition will take place: 28 august to 2 October, 2002. Awards: 1. Golden Pen: € 500 ,2. Silver Pen: € 300 ,3. Bronze Pen € 200 Catalogue: A catalogue will be sent to all participants whose submission has qualified with at least one piece of work for the exhibition.
