1st FreeCartoonsWeb International Cartoonet Festival... FreeCartoonsWeb is inviting Cartoonists Worldwide to take part in First Chinese Cartoonet Festival! The Festival is open to all nationalities regardless of age, sex or nationality. The 1st International Cartoonet Festival will be on 5 themes 1-)Theme: A)Shopping B) Music C) Gourmet D) Free E) Caricature of Famous Person 2-)Deadline : May 1, 2002 (Result: July 1, 2002) 3-)Entries : I-) Size: 20×30cm--30×40cm II-) Quantity: max.5 entries in each section II-) Black & white or colored, any style, any technique will be accepted. IV-) The cartoons must be created independently. The jury will not award a prize for cartoons submitted to other festivals. V-) Please write the following information in the top left corner on the back side of cartoon: name, address, tel & fax, e-mail, title & theme section. VI-) Participants are requested to send together with their cartoons, an entry-form with signature, a photograph or caricature. The form can be downloaded at our website. VII-) Titles or entry-form must be filled out in understandable English or Chinese. 4-)Submitting Please send original drawings to this Festival. B-) Digital artworks(CD&Disk) and good quality photocopies will be accepted.
