The Tinsmith

The craftsman likes his profession and well adhered to it. He mends kairosene cook stoves and makes lanterns of glass tin sheets. Of those lanterns, we still feel compassion to their light as if to our childhood despite the glitter of city and technology of surprising lightening.

 أن الحرفي يحب حرفته كما انه حريص عليها إذ أن اللي ما هو كاره يا ناره وهاهو السمكري يصلح بوابير الكاز وانكش وانكش تولع في الهواء يولع ويصنع الفوانيس من الزجاج والتنك والصفيح، تلك الفوانيس التي ما زلنا نحنُّ  إلى نورها وكأننا نحنُّ إلى طفولتنا بالرغم من بريق المدينة وفنون الإضاءة المختلفة والمبهرة.
