Upholsterer

Upholstery is one of the oldest crafts of the Palestinian people, since it has been inherited from our ancestors. According to our traditions, the upholsterer used to go to the groom's house to tease the cotton and upholster quilts and pillows using the needles and the perforators to stitch verses of beauty on a sea made of red and blue silk and satin.

التنجيد حرفة قديمة من حرف الشعب الفلسطيني وهي متوارثة عن الأجداد حيث كان المنجد يحضر لبيت العريس يندف القطن وينجد اللحف والوسائد بالإبرة و المخرز و يطرز آيات من الجمال على بحر من ألوان الحرير الأزرق والأحمر و السيتان و البديستة
