Leaders are the grown ups of scouts!!
That's what they say but we no otherwise. Ha-Ha!
Our leaders are great fun especially on camps they will always find a way to
have fun, they will tell jokes and sing, its a laugh to see them be like kids.
Although they have fun they are still responsible and careful they treat us like
we are their own children!!!
The leaders have to arrange what the scout group will be doing each week and also what camps and activities they will go on and take part in. The leaders do work for the scouts even in their own time, this means things are done quicker. They are very organised!
The leaders are there to teach the scouts but also to have fun as well, they are there to take part in the activity's with the children and show the children how it is done.
