| In November of 1999, on the wrestling news program "The Bottom Line", Rob Rocco (desguised as Mankind) attacks Hardcore Jim Fiinegan. Jim responds with a vicious chokeslam that begins a painful fued. Hardcore Jim challenges Rob Rocco to a "Laundry Room Brawl!" This bizarre and brutal matchup ends in a controversial way when Rob Rocco (still dressed as Mankind) puts Hardcore Jim in a Sharpshooter. Special Referee James Eagan declares a submission even though no tap out is visible. As a result of this match, an idea was born. Hardcore Jim and Rob Rocco set out to create their own Federation. They found other students that shared their love of wrestling and high tolerance for pain. The FWF is an exciting, rough and gruesome organization, comprised of college students who love to wrestle. While they are friends outside the ring, when the bell rings, it's all business. We are in our third year and our heart, drive and desire allow us to fight through the injuries and put on some great shows. There are well developed story lines and entertaining matches put on, not for money, but for the love of the sport. |
