In the midst of the judicial chaos, the war on terror, the decline of western economies, and the dividing of America . . .

. . .the call has gone out for a Second Constitutional Convention.

That Convention is meeting here is cyberspace, comprised of delegates from around the country. from all walks of life, and across the socio-political spectrum. As the Chairman, I have invited several individuals to serve at Convention2. The initial members will be invitees; additional members may be added later by majority vote of Convention2.

Upon accepting the invitation, the Members will be identified by name or "handle," city and state of residence, occupation and political alignment; any other personal information is optional. In addition, the date the member joined will be indicated.

A Record of the proceedings will be kept. The debates themselves will occur on a private message board, restricted from public access; however, a synposis will be entered in the Record.  All motions and proposed wordings will be entered in the Record, and individual Voting Records will be available showing how each Member voted on each measure.. Once text has been agreed upon, it will be entered on the New Constitution page, for all to view.

New members will be provided with the link to the message board on which all correspondence, discussion and debate takes place.
