I move that
all motions will be listed in the Subject field, as stated here, and in my
previous post. This will ensure all
participants are made fully aware of all proposed motions. As part of this motion I request that upon
a second for the motion the subject field prefix be changed from
"Motion" to "Debate" followed by the motion title. Again,
this will ensure members are made aware of the order of proceeding. Of
course, this will require the Chair, upon a motion achieving a second, to
initiate a new thread, stating the motion, that it has been seconded, and
that debate may begin. |
