The Offshore Motel has 20 motel rooms and two Kitchenette units.
All of the Motel Rooms and Kitchenettes at the Offshore Motel are Air-Conditioned.
For your convenience the Offshore Motel offers direct dial out telephones in all motel
rooms, and provides bath towels & wash clothes.
The Kitchenettes at the Offshore Motel are Fully applianced and equipped: Stove and
oven, lg. refrigerator w/freezer, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware,
bath towels & wash clothes.
Reservations area are strongly recommended (all seasons).
Reservations information: A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required. Seven days
notice is required to confirm each reservation. Reservation deposits are not refundable and/or transferable.
During Summer Season, and the Fall and Spring Mid Seasons there is a two nigh minim is required for Weekend Reservations (A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required, the balance to be paid when checking in. The balance can be paid in cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express). If the deposit and the balance is paid along with the deposit there is a %10 discount).
Special Note; Pets Will No Longer Be Permitted. Management will limit the number of people occupying a unit. Check in time: After 3:00 P.M. Check out time: 11:00. A.M. $10 per-hour late checkout fee. Renter is responsible for room damages.
