The Enricher, The One who satisfies the necessities of the creatures. This beautiful name of Allah continues the meaning of the rest of the attributes of Allah especially the previous name "The Rich One". Allah is The Rich One with the ultimate and great wealth, and He is The Enricher, who grants the creation what they need to live. Allah gives whomever He wills wealth and power and supports whomever He wishes so that they do not seek support from other than Him. The Enricher - exalted be He - does not need His creation but His creation needs Him. This attribute of Allah is an attribute that we have to stick to and pray to Allah by this name of His to remove the burden which bad rulers are inducing in society. We shall sleep remembering this beautiful name of Allah, wake up remembering this name, and keep it in mind during the day.
