The Compassionate, The One with extreme mercy. The Mercy of Allah is His will to endow upon whomever He willed among His creatures. This beautiful name of Allah reflects Allah's great mercy, a mercy much greater than a mother's mercy to her child. He forgives those who do bad, and raises those who do good. Some muslim scholars added that this name indicates that Allah, The Compassionate, hides the faults of a person, and forgives these faults if He wishes.

May Allah, The Compassionate, The One with extreme mercy, have mercy upon those who are striving and struggling against oppressive reign. May He have mercy upon us and them on the day of judgement.
