The Delayer, The One who puts things in their right places. He makes ahead what He wills and delays what He wills. This beautiful name reflects the mercy of Allah who even delays the punishment for the sinners to the day of judgment and gives them time to repent and stop the bad deeds to prove their repentance. Allah, The Delayer, delays simpletons and promotes knowledgable and wise people. He delays sinners and promotes doers of good. He delays liars and promotes honest and loyal people. He delays lazy people and promotes hard-working people. Exalted be He, who has the ability and authority to make things happen now or delay they them if He wishes.
