The Preserver, The Protector, The One who protects whatever and whoever He willed to protect. He who knows all the information about all creatures, be it small or big. Nothing slips out of His control, He keeps the heavens and the earth and maintains their existence in harmony with nature and the human beings, and its easy for Him to maintain them. Some muslims scholars said about this name that Allah holds the oppressors away from the weak, and the insects away from the plants, and the diseases away from our bodies. Other scholars explained that this name reflects the fact that Allah has created the noble Quraan, and is maintaining it not to be forgotten, lost, or changed.
