28: Al-Hakam The Judge
Explanation:

The Judge, He is the Ruler and His judgment is His word. Allah, exalted be He, has sent down the noble Quraan to show us the right from the wrong, and clarified many aspects through the Sunna of Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam. He has judged what is right and what is wrong and will judge between us in the afterlife. Muslim scholars, have also explained this name to be indicating that Allah's judgement is imposed upon humanity and there is nothing and no one capable of rejecting it. None of us will be mistreated in the afterlife; everyone according to what he has done, for Allah, The Judge, is the best of all judges.

The most beautiful thanks are due to Allah, The Judge, and peace and blessings be upon His messenger Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam. May Allah reward us for all the good deeds we are doing, the small ones and the big ones, and make easy for us a way to paradise.
