The All-Seeing, The One who sees all things that are seen by His Eternal Seeing without a pupil or any other instrument. This name points to the fact that - at all times and in all conditions - Allah is seeing everything that exists and everything that we do. He sees us when we are doing a good deed and when we are sinning, when we be generous and when we be cheap, at happy times and sad times, in the light and in the darkness...and only He is all-knowing of what we are going through. Not only He sees what we are doing, but also he sees our hidden intentions behind it.
