The Exalter, The Elevator, The One who raises whoever He willed by His Endowment and lowers whoever He willed by His Destruction. This name indicates that Allah raises the believers over the nonbelievers and the good over the evil. Allah raises those who love Him over those who disobey and those who are patient over those who deny His grace upon them. How can anybody who disobeys Allah expect that Allah raises Him among his fellow students at school, or among his fellow colleagues at work, or even among his fellow muslims in Paradise??
